- DeliciousDish
- For the Tacos:
- 4-6 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1 avocado
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 lime
Instructions
- 1
Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Make sure the oven rack is in the middle position. 2.For Salmon: Line a baking sheet with foil. Drizzle the fish with olive oil. Sprinkle the Cajun Rub on each piece of fish. Place the fish on the tin foil lined sheet and place in the oven. Cook for about 10-12 minutes. Using oven mitts take the tray out of the oven. The fish should be opaque (not raw and translucent) and should break easily into flakes when you nudge it with a fork. If the fish is still translucent and doesn't flake, it needs more time. 3.For chicken: Drizzle a little olive oil on the chicken and season the chicken with the Cajun Rub. Heat a fry pan on medium to high heat, add 1 Tbs. of olive oil to the pan and cook the chicken for 2 minutes per side. Then put the pan in the oven for 7 minutes. 4.For Steak: Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Drizzle a little olive oil on the steaks and season the steak with the Cajun Rub. Heat a fry pan on medium to high heat, add 1 Tbs. of olive oil to the pan and cook the steak for 1 minutes per side. Then put the pan in the oven for 5 minutes. 5.Let’s make TACOS! Using a knife, cut around the avocado, not through the pit. Twist the two halves of the avocado apart and using a spoon, scoop the flesh out. Slice the avocado into slices. 6.Salmon: salmon away from the skin and distribute evenly over the tortillas. Top with avocado and salsa. Squeeze some lime.

Steak: Slice the steak into thin strips. Distribute evenly over the tortillas. Top with avocado and salsa. Squeeze some lime.
