Basic Salad Dressing Recipe

This is a great dressing on any green salad, quinoa salad or pasta salad.
Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Fresh pepper, to taste

Mix all the dressing ingredients together.

Drizzle a few tablespoons of dressing on salad, toss, serve. Makes 1½ cups Will last in the fridge for 1 week
