This is the perfect sweet snack to satisfy those cravings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt, I use Skyr 0% Icelandic Yogurt
  • 2-3 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • About 1 cup (or a little more) sliced fruit and
  • chopped nuts, coconut flakes or dried fruit (of
  • your choice)
  • A few pinches of flaked sea salt

Instructions

    Prepare a 10 by 13 inch baking tray with parchment paper.

    Mix the yogurt with the vanilla and honey.

    Spread evenly over the sheet.

    Sprinkle with the fruit and nuts, freeze for 3-4 hrs. Once frozen, sprinkle with flaked sea salt.

    Break into pieces.

    Enjoy. Serves 6 Store leftovers in a freezer bag in the freezer.
