Basic Tahini Sauce
Tahini is a perfect condiment. Use it as a drizzle on cooked protein, veggies or salads. Make a thicker sauce and use it as you would hummus, as a dip for veggies or pita. Spread it on a plate and garnish with a lentil salad, cherry tomato salad or a seasoned chopped meat dish.
