- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp coconut aminos, low sodium tamari, or low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 large clove garlic (minced)
- ⅛ tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp sea salt or 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- Plenty of freshly ground pepper
