Ingredients

  • ¾ cup pure sunflower oil, grapeseed oil or avocado oil
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp coconut aminos, low sodium tamari, or low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 large clove garlic (minced)
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp sea salt or 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • Plenty of freshly ground pepper
